InspireHer Foundation ("InspireHer," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Pantego, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites (including inspireherfoundation.org and its subdomains), forms, text messages and events, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing or pickup address, and any details you share when you apply for a program, register for an event, volunteer, become a member, donate or contact us.
• Program information: for programs such as HERvest Bags and HERwish, we may ask about household size and circumstances so we can serve families fairly. Optional demographic questions always include "Prefer not to say."
• Donation information: gift amount and date. Card payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies to keep our site working and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

• To run our programs, events, pickups and giveaways, and to contact you about them.
• To process donations and send tax receipts.
• To send updates, reminders and news you have agreed to receive.
• To report program results to our board and funders, using totals and summaries only, never names or contact details without your permission.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our website, email, texting and payment platforms), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. Families' information and pickup addresses are seen only by the team members serving them and are never posted publicly.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, limit access to people who need it, and keep information only as long as needed for our programs, legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. For HERwish, a parent or guardian provides children's first names, ages and gift details.
