Kadian Powell is a powerhouse leader, a visionary strategist, and the heart behind InspireHer Foundation. With over 15 years of experience in sales, leadership, and organizational growth, she has built a career centered on elevating people, developing meaningful strategies, and creating spaces where women can rise and thrive.

In addition to her leadership expertise, Kadian is a Licensed Insurance Advisor in all 50 states, as well as a Certified IRS Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper. Her diverse professional background allows her to support women not just emotionally and mentally, but also financially equipping them with the tools, confidence, and knowledge to build stability, legacy, and long-term success.

Driven by her passion for transformation and community impact, Kadian founded InspireHer Foundation to champion initiatives that unlock the potential of women from every walk of life. Through mentorship, empowerment programming, and advocacy, she leads with purpose, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping women step boldly into their next level.

Kadian is more than a leader she is a catalyst for change, using her expertise, experiences, and heart for service to guide InspireHer Foundation’s mission of empowering women, strengthening communities, and transforming lives.

Vice-President, Rachel Cardenas

Rachel Cardenas is a Model, Actress, Multi-Business Owner, & YouTube Host of What's Up, Dallas! Magazine. She is very active in her community and is involved in helping others grow in their businesses too. She brings experience to the foundation with 4+ years social media marketing, event planning, promotion, and networking connections throughout the community. As a multi-business owner, she understands the importance of marketing and what the right image can do to make a business memorable.

Rachel is also a mentor for young ladies & teen girls specializing in speaking about self- esteem & finding one's self-worth in society.

Rachel is a Domestic Violence Survivor, Advocate for Mental Health & Autism Awareness.

Director of Events, Candace Jackson

Candace Jackson is a passionate counselor with nine years of experience supporting individuals and couples through pre-marital and marital counseling. She believes in the power of strong, healthy relationships to transform lives and communities. Beyond the counseling room, Candace is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in event planning, program development, and fundraising. Her work is fueled by a heart for service and a commitment to creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and inspired. As a Board Member of InspireHer, she is dedicated to helping the organization grow its reach and impact, empowering more women to thrive personally and professionally.

Director of Outreach, Monica Trevino

Monica Trevino is an author, a connector, and a true beacon of light in the community she loves so passionately. With a heart for service and a gift for bringing people together, Monica believes deeply in the power of community—and she lives that belief every single day.

For over 10 years, she has been the driving force behind countless donation drives, outreach projects, and community-centered events. From collecting essential items to organizing large-scale initiatives, Monica consistently finds creative, heartfelt ways to make things happen. Her commitment doesn’t stop—she continues to pour that same energy, compassion, and excellence into her work with InspireHer Foundation.
