Known for her passion for transformation and community building, Kadian Began the InspireHer Foundation to help spearhead initiatives that inspire women to unlock their potential, making her the leader to champion InspireHer Foundation’s empowering mission and goals.
Treasurer/ Director of Fundraising, Renett Riddle
Renett currently holds the position as Treasury Analyst for a Publicly traded organization. She has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in Finance, Income Tax, Accounting, and Project Management. Renett has previously been a small business owner as well as held leadership positions at several public and private organizations as well as government, in various industries including DOT-It Restaurant Fulfillment, Brinks, Christus Health and US Department of Treasury.

Rachel Cardenas is a Model, Actress, Multi-Business Owner, & YouTube Host of What's Up, Dallas! Magazine. She is very active in her community and is involved in helping others grow in their businesses too. She brings experience to the foundation with 4+ years social media marketing, event planning, promotion, and networking connections throughout the community. As a multi-business owner, she understands the importance of marketing and what the right image can do to make a business memorable.
